Who is Tracy Gatlin?
I´m a former federal and state public defender and private criminal defense attorney now living in Spain. Criminal Defense has been my passion and my Chosen Duty as my first memories are of visiting my father in prison.
I have started this website to help people understand how the system works, what they can do to protect themselves so they can avoid getting arrested, and also to offer legal advice at a reasonable price to people and their families if they, or their loved ones, have been arrested and/or charged with a crime.
Knowing your rights, learning how to effectively exercise them, and understanding the process are the keys to your freedom. We’re all up to no good sometimes; this is my small step towards helping people navigate their way through the darkness of what can be an exceptionally cruel world.
